Members pay monthly dues calculated by the number of users and how many jobs are in their ATS. There is no revenue split for placement or "unlock" fees for shared candidates.

No. The Co-Op has restrictions on the size of the organization. We are a cooperative of niche and mid-sized recruiting agencies competing against the enterprise sized agencies taking over the industry.

Yes. The Co-Op Portal connects directly to your ATS. The Portal is compatible with over 40 different ATS makers and versions. If you don't have an ATS, we can get you a discount and help get you set up.

Network members contribute eligible archived candidates and receive access to member-contributed talent in return. Candidates added within the past six months are automatically excluded, and you can permanently protect up to 10% of your candidates. Members cannot browse each other’s ATS. The Co-Op manages matching and confirms a candidate’s interest and consent before releasing information. Non-sharing memberships are also available; these evaluate your own applicants and past candidates and do not include access to network candidates.
