Members pay monthly dues calculated by the number of users and how many jobs are in their ATS. There is no revenue split for placement or "unlock" fees for shared candidates.

No. The Co-Op has restrictions on the size of the organization. We are a cooperative of niche and mid-sized recruiting agencies competing against the enterprise sized agencies taking over the industry.

Yes. The Co-Op Portal connects directly to your ATS. The Portal is compatible with over 40 different ATS makers and versions. If you don't have an ATS, we can get you a discount and help get you set up.

Yes and no. We do offer "non-sharing" memberships but don't recommend them. Non-sharing members do not offer their candidates to other Co-Op members, but they also do not get any shared candidates in return. The Co-Op Portal is limited to evaluating your applicants and past candidates in your own ATS.
