Your clients, jobs, internal notes, communication, interviews, evaluations, submissions, and other data is never shared. Only resume data is shared between members and only if the candidate agrees.
We Protect Active Candidates

Candidates added to your ATS within the past six months are automatically protected. You can also protect your most valuable candidates indefinitely and they will never be shared.

The Co-Op curates every match and suggests only the best candidates. You can never access another member's ATS and they can't access yours.

Members pay monthly dues calculated by the number of users and how many jobs are in their ATS. There is no revenue split for placement or "unlock" fees for shared candidates.

No. The Co-Op has restrictions on the size of the organization. We are a cooperative of niche and mid-sized recruiting agencies competing against the enterprise sized agencies taking over the industry.

Yes. The Co-Op Portal connects directly to your ATS. The Portal is compatible with over 40 different ATS makers and versions. If you don't have an ATS, we can get you a discount and help get you set up.

Yes and no. We do offer "non-sharing" memberships but don't recommend them. Non-sharing members do not offer their candidates to other Co-Op members, but they also do not get any shared candidates in return. The Co-Op Portal is limited to evaluating your applicants and past candidates in your own ATS.
