Automated Evaluation and Outreach

The Recruiting Co-Op contacts candidates to verify interest and availability for roles before suggesting matches, ensuring agencies receive only qualified and warmed candidates.

Updated ATS Records

Candidate resumes and contact details are automatically updated in your ATS when new information is gathered by The Recruiting Co-Op. This automatic syncing reduces stale or outdated data, keeping your talent pool fresh and reliable.

Active Candidates Protected

Candidates not already in The Recruiting Co-Op that are added in the past 90 days, placed in the last year, or marked private, are protected and not shared. Proprietary information, including recruiter notes, interview feedback, hiring data, and open jobs, is never shared.
